Do you charge travel fees?
We keep travel simple. Our pricing follows a clear “rate + room” structure, which includes our hourly or day rate along with lodging for the on-site team. All additional travel-related expenses such as flights, ground transportation, meals, and luggage fees are handled by us so there are no surprises.

Do you offer same-day edits for photos or video?
Same-day edits are available for select projects, such as event highlights or headshots, upon request. Availability and pricing depend on the scope of the project, so we recommend discussing this during the planning stage.

Do you provide both edited deliverables and raw files?
Our services include fully edited photos and videos as standard. Raw files can be provided upon request for an additional fee, which covers file transfer and management.

What is your turnaround time?
Photography is typically delivered within five business days. Video projects are usually delivered within two weeks, depending on complexity. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we’ll work with you to accommodate it.

How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better. Dates are secured once a contract is signed and a deposit is received. Events are booked on a first-come basis, and popular dates fill quickly.
